This caused prices and values to rise across the board on personal property.

If your client has any of these categories of personal property, now is a good time to at the very least make an inventory in what can represent a significant portion of a client’s net worth. Their insurance coverage should also be checked to be certain it is adequate because it is likely that insured values are too low in the current market, even if they were buying some years ago.
