Instructor and Vice President of LCD Commercial Lending, Dan Sterba, will take you through the basics of Commercial Lending. You will learn the differences between a residential and commercial loans, the different programs available for commercial lending and how to qualify someone for a commercial loan. Also covered is the way loans are structured and what a term sheet looks like. At the conclusion of this course, you will have a good handle on how commercial financing works.
